Getting Started

This is an user friendly Windows desktop application, ready to convert files from one format to various other formats. See Supported Formats section for the list of supported conversion file formats.

After the installation of the application, you are prompted with Activation screen of BullsHit Converter. Two types of usage are available

Premium Usage

• Buy the activation key for your system using the Buy now button. Enter the activation key received via email for your serial number.
• Click 'Activate' button and get the application activated.
• If you encounter any problem in activation after buying the activation key, please contact our support team at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

Trial Usage

• You can use the product in trial version for evaluation and then buy the software for further use.
• A 14-day trial period can be activated by pressing the 'Run trial' button on the Activation screen.
• You can buy the product any time during the Trial Period by clicking on 'Buy Now' option in application.

File Conversion

The file to be converted is inputted by clicking on the 'Browse' button and then selecting the required file. The location of the converted file is, by default, taken as that of the input file itself. The user can change the destination directory depending on his requirement.

Folder Conversion

This option makes your job easy in converting a large number of files. It allows user to convert all files of specific file format in a folder to another format. To do this, just select the source folder containing the files to be converted and the destination folder. By default, the destination folder is same as that of the source folder.

Feedback Option

BullsHit Converter team is actively working on the product to improve it further. We welcome your feedback on anything regarding the product. This would help us improve the product. Just type your Name, Email address(to contact you), Select option of feedback, Enter your Description and click Send.

Customize the application

You can customize the application with the user settings features.

General Settings

Language

BullsHit Converter is a multilingual application. You can select the language of your choice. At present, the application supports the following languages:
1. English
2. French
3. Chinese(simplified)
4. German
5. Japanese
6. Spanish
7. French

English is set as the default language. The language which is selected for installation is set as the application language automatically. User can change the applications language to someother language of his/her choice and do so by selecting the language and clicking 'Apply'.

Browser inside application

If you don't want the browser to be opened inside the application (screens BuyNow, Help), YOU can select this option to disable the browser. If this is selected, then the default browser of the system is used to open the 'Buy Now' and 'Help' screens.

Ask Audio/Video Conversion settings

For simplicity, the application does not ask for the audio/video conversion settings during conversion. This option decides whether to ask the audio/video conversion settings during conversion.

Ask Pdf Conversion settings

For simplicity, the application does not ask for the Pdf conversion settings during conversion. This option decides whether to ask the Pdf conversion settings during conversion.

Open folder after conversion

By default, the converted file output folder is opened after the conversion is done. User can disable it by enabling this option and applying the changes.

Open file after conversion

By default, the converted file is opened after the conversion is done. User can disable it by enabling this option and applying the changes. The file is opened as per the default settings for that file type set in the System.

After Conversion

The application allows the user to choose the next action after the conversion is over. User can

1. Keep it silent - the application keeps silent or does nothing once the conversion is done.
2. Prompt me - the application displays a message box once the conversions are finished.
3. Close the application - the application is closed once the conversions are finished.
4. Standby the system - the system is put in Standby state after completing the conversions.
5. Hibernate the system - the system is put in Hibernate after completing the conversions.
6. Shut down the system - the system is shut down after completing the conversions.

Apply

The changes made in the settings are implemented only when this apply button is clicked.

Audio Video Settings

Audio Video Settings Advanced

The user can set the Start time and Duration for a conversion. If you wanted to extract a particular part of the video or audio, this is useful.

Set as default

The conversion options are listed on the left side panel of the screen and the list of sub options available is displayed next to this . The default option for the conversions be changed after selecting the option and clicking on 'Set as default'. When the option is set as default, then it is the option on which the conversion is done.

Reset All

The user can reset all the settings by clicking on this option. This resets all the prefixed presets for the conversion options to application defaults.

Apply to Presets

The user can change the presets of a conversion option. This changed preset values will be used for the corresponding conversion option.

Restore Preset

The presets for the particular option can be restored to the initial value by Restore Preset option.

Pdf Conversion Settings

General

Page Range

The user can select

'All' - To convert all pages from input file to output file.

'Selected Pages' - To convert pages from the range set in From and To fields.

Output Options

Output Zoom

The user can set the percentage of zoom from input file to output file. The values range from 50 to 200.

Character spacing

The user can set the spacing between characters for output file. The values range from 0 to 200 in pixels.
